This was my 4th purchase of a Mazda 3 over the past 2 years. Mark Rodrigo and Paul were really good. The experience was good. But, in being completely honest, I was not pleased to find out that the vehicle I purchased has 458 miles on it. The should have been told to me before I came in to purchase the vehicle. Having 458 miles on a new car is excessive. Finding out about the day I came in to purchase the car was a bit disheartening, especially since I have been such a good and loyal customer.

The morning started out with me being late for my appointment and when calling the service department they told me it was OK to just get there safely. Then once I was there I realized I forgot my wallet and told the service department I would have to ride home and back again which took another hour. When returning with my wallet they took my car in very quickly and found that the oil pan was leaking. Since it was still under warranty they setup a loaner car and told me I could pick up my car on Monday. On Monday I returned the loaner car and got my car back without a leaking oil pan and serviced. This was done in a courteous and professional manner and I appreciated their understanding of my circumstances and that they went out of their way to support me.
